In the book Catching Fire, there has been acts of deviance/rebellion.
During Katniss's private interview, she hung a dummy with Seneca Crane's name on it. On page 236 it says she wanted to "break through the smug veneer of those who use their brains to find amusing ways to kill. To make them realize that while (they) were valuable to the Capitol's cruelty, they are as well." This act is defiant because she is sending a message to the gamemakers-they are not safe and Snow can kill them as well.
During Peeta's interview he says that him and Katniss are married and she's pregnant. On p[age 256 it says that "Surely even as brief time is better then no time." "if it wasn't for the baby." This is defiant because the audience wants the game stopped and they are really outraged.
All the tributes hold hands in unity. On page 258 it says "all 24 of us stand in one unbroken line in what must be the first public show of unity among the districts since the Dark Days." This act is defiant because they're uniting the districts.
Cinna turns Katniss's wedding dress into a MockingJay. On page 252 its says "Because cinna made me into a mockingjay."
This is defiant because Cinna made Katniss's wedding dress that Snow
designed into the symbol of rebellion-on national television.
I think that President Snow will be more mad at Cinna because he made her dress better then he designed it. He killed Cinna because he was jealous and to make her scared before she went into the games.
