         During Katniss’s private lesson she hung a dummy of Seneca crane because they weren't paying attention to her. This is defiant because she’s reminding them that she beat the system /game makers are not safe.

She wanted to “break through the smug veneer of those who use their brains to find amazing ways to kill. To make them realize that while (they) were vulnerable to the capitols cruelties, they are as well.”

         What did Peeta do that was defiant? During his private session he painted Rue’s death. He’s reminding them that they kill and killed innocent children.

      What did the tributes do that was defiant? They all joined hands, there supposed to be against each other, this is turning the people against snows decisions. The tributes are all supposed to be against each other.

      What did Cinna do that was defiant? He made Katniss's wedding dress that snow created into a mocking jay. That was reminding the capitol of their failures.

         Snow I think would find the victors joining hands most defiant because there supposed to be against each other not united with one another. So I think snow would think that there would be more people joining in groups during the games because all the victors know each other.
