       IN A BOOK CALLED THE HUNGER GAMES CATCHING FIRE we talk about defiance. Katniss wanted to "break though the smug veneer if those who use their brains to kill.To make them realize that while (they) were vulnerable to the capitols cruelties' they are as well" 

 When Peeta says Katniss is pregnant. He does this to cause havoc for everyone "Katniss is pregnant  I am pregnant  the audience cant absorb the news." 

Another defiance for the capitol The tributes  stand together in a line holding line. During the anthem "up and down the row  the victors begin to join hands right away like the morphing's." 

Cinna had Katniss become a mocking jay "Cinna has turned me into a mocking jay." Katniss knew she would lose Cinna which lead to his death. 

I feel president snow would kill Cinna most likely he did the dress for Katniss into a mocking jay which explains his quick death because of him publicly defining the capitol.
