Catching fire essay

I know this because the text says, '' Then I step away quickly to watch the reaction on the game makers faces as they read the name on the dummy.''

  

Now peeta, During their private session he painted Rue's death. This is defiant/ Rebellious because he's reminding them that the game matches that they kill innocent children. I know this because the text says, ''Actually I painted a picture of Rue, How she looked after Katniss covered her up in flowers.'' 

 

Now the tributes. They said they feel sorry for the capital citizens because they are losing the victors they care about. They are different because they are getting the capital to turn against snow, They also said how snow does not care about the citizens doubt show power for all change and end the games. I know this because the text says, ''Cashmere starts the ball rolling speech about how we are losing everyone.'' 

 

Now Cinna. He turned the weeding dress that snow created into a mocking jay. This is defiant/ Rebellious because It reminds snow of the capitals failure. It turns her into the symbol of the cellibion. 

 

In my opinion I think that peetas is the most defiant. Because he tried really hard to get his point across. And what he chose to do was a really good way of expressing the way he felt about the games. He showed everyone that the games kill poor innocent children and its not good. So therefore I think peeta has a better chance of convincing them. The others are good but his stands out to me the most. But that’s just my opinion.
