Hunger games defiance  

   In the book catching fire Katniss, Peeta and other characters did many acts of defiance.  

 

    On page 236 during Katniss’s private session for the game makers she hung a dummy with the name Seneca Crane. This was an act of defiance because she is sending a message to the game makers that they are not safe, Snow will kill them like he did Seneca crane. I know this because in the text it said "I'd love to do just that and more. To break through the smug veneer of those who use their brains to find amusing ways to kill us."   

  

    On page 240  during Peeta private session he painted Rue. This is a act if defiance because Peeta is reminding the game makers that they are killing  innocent kids. In the text Peeta said " Im not sure  I wanted to hold them accountable, if for only a moment." 

     On page 250 the tributes remind the capitol they are going to be killed and that the president could change but he doesn't care. The is defiant because they are turning the capitol against Snow and the games. In the text it said " By the time introduced the audience is an absolute wreak. People have been weeping collapsing and even calling for a change. 

 

      Something Cinna did that was defiant was that he turned katniss's wedding dress that president snow asked for into a mocking jay. This is defiant because  he turned the dress Snow designed into a symbol for the rebellion. 

    In conclusion I think that Cinna turning  her dress into a mocking jay would be the most likely to upset snow.
