catching fire

In the book catching fire the Mockingjay is a rebellion and it represents defiance.
During Katniss private session, she hung a dummy of Seneca Crane. She wanted to, "break through the smug veneer of those who use their brains to find amusing ways to kill. To make them believe that while the tributes were vulnerable to the capitol's cruelties the gamemakers are as well." This is defiant because she's reminding them that she beat the system/gamemakers are not safe.
During his interview, he told everyone that Katniss was pregnant. In page 240 it says they begin to sound like a herd of wounded animals, moaning, shrieking, calling for help. The citizen's are rioting, wanting the games cancelled. They are outraged.
All of the tributes hold hands in unity. In page 258 is says, "we victors staged our own uprising, and maybe, just maybe, the capitol won't be able to contain this one." They are bringing the districts together.
Cinna turns the wedding dress that snow made her wear, into a Mockingjay. In page 252 it says, " don’t worry I always channel my emotions into my work. That way I don’t hurt anyone but myself." What has he done?. He did something terribly dangerous. An act of rebellion in itself. Katniss is afraid for him.
I think president Snow would find Cinna's actions as a defiant because that was an act of rebellion. The Mockingjay is a symbol of rebellion.
